Judy and I am the reborn artist of "Baby Kisses
Nursery". I have been making reborn dolls for about ten
years now. I take great pride in my work and strive to
create the most realistic looking reborn that I can. I

This beautiful little baby girl started out as a
sculpt named "Tanya" by the reborn artist Gudren
Legler and has been reborn by me into this amazingly
lifelike little baby girl. All of my babies here at
“Baby Kisses Nursery” are created with a lot oftime
and love. I spent many hours on her painting and I
am so pleased with the way she turned out. She
hasmulti-dimensional skin tones that are very
realistic. This baby wears size newborn and some 0
to 3 month clothing. She is now a beautiful hand
crafted collectable heirloom doll that can be passed
down for many generations and is not recommended for
very young children. |

I first gave Keiley a warm bubble bath to
remove any factory residue from her skin and
then began the long process of bringing her to
life. She has very life like skin tones that
were achieved by applying many translucent
layers of Miracle Blend air dry paints. These
paints are permanent and won't rub off over
time. She has natural undertones of blue where a
newborns skin would naturally be thinner and a
lightly mottled complexion with subtle veining.
Her mouth has been painted and then sealed with
a permanent clear gloss to give it a moist wet
look. I applied a touch of gloss to her eye
area, mouth and the inside of her nose to give
them a natural moist look. Her skin tones are
truly amazing with no detail overlooked for an
ultra realistic look. |

Keiley is a sleeping baby and she has beautiful wispy hand
rooted eyelashes. Her eyebrows have been lightly painted on
one stroke at a time in a color to match her hair. |

All of her cute little fingers and toe nails have been
painted, tipped in a off-white and then sealed for
protection. |

| Keiley has a jointed soft doe suede fabric body. She has been weighted with fine glass beads and soft poly fiberfill in her limbs. She also has a bag of fine glass beads that are encased in a cloth bag and surrounded by soft poly fiberfill in her body so she now has the feel and weight of a real baby when held.Her little head can be gently turned from side to side and it will need to be supported just like a real baby's. Keiley is shown with a belly plate in one of her pictures. It is for posing only and is not included in her price but if you would like to have one for her it can be purchased separately. |

Her hair has been finely rooted with medium brown
soft premium angora mohair. I use a very tiny
needle and this takes several days to complete but I
feel the results are well worth it. Her hair is so
soft and fine and feels just like a real baby's
hair. It has been sealed on the inside with a
waterproof glue so you can now gently style it with
a little water or baby spray conditioner. |
